Component Procurement
PNS offers professional a-la-carte Procurement Services on a running contract or ad-hoc basis to complement your internal capability or completely replace it with cost savings services. Providing an open-commitment contract model, PNS offers procurement on a standard transactional charge per PO placed, or on an hourly rate to facilitate sourcing, quoting, negotiating, PO placement, reporting and order expediting. PNS will self-fund its services from saving negotiated and cut the waste associated with procurement operations that 'push paper' without negotiating savings. PNS buyers specialize in electronic assembly components, particularly semiconductors and passive components, circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and chassis.
AS9100 QMS pre-auditing
PNS consultants are able to work with your company's QA representatives to analyze your QMS and assess your company's compliance with the various elements of AS9100 or ISO-9001 to prepare for an actual Registrar surveillance audit. PNS works with you to develop the audit questions, test for compliance to procedures with pre-auditing, and help remediate findings after the audit to retain registration.
Accounts Payable Collection
PNS collections agents utilize a unique process to follow up on delayed payment accounts in a tactful and respectful way to ensure your customer is not offended by the call. Your customers work with our agents to resolve open issues for payment, often related to errors in how items were shipped, delivered or received against the PO. maintaining the customer relationship is paramount.
Account Management
PNS partners with the client to support daily customer account management, which may include quote requirements analysis, quote development, proposal writing, terms and conditions, FARS/DFAR flow-down compliance, proposals, orders and order contract review for QMS compliance. PNS professionals hold deep experience in performing cost build-up and proposals for project technical requirements.
